Pixel commission prices
Please read my t.o.s before commissioning me!
My work is for personal use only, contact me for commercial/economical use.
Pixel headshot
My pixel work is fully rendered with shading/light.
Standard canvas size for pixel headshot is 200x200. I can do smaller/larger sizes so do let me know.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Payment
Message me if you are interested in a commission.
I will provide a price quote and a form to complete if you haven't already filled it.
I will need an email address to send you an invoice on PayPal.
Full payment is required before I begin your commission.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started, except if I am unable to complete the commission
Progress and Deadlines.
I prefer if you have image reference of what you want drawn when you commission.
I do not accept deadlines or guarantee completion by specific dates, this is to maintain personal health and to enjoy the creation process.
You are more than welcome to message me for progress updates.
I will send you a sketch of the commission artwork that you'll either request changes for or approve.
After the sketch is approved by you I will work on completing the commission piece.
I do not make major changes after sketch is approved or after the artwork is finished.
Additional revisions may cost extra.
Usage and Credit
The standard commission price covers personal usage only.
Commercial or business use requires my permission and may cost extra. Please contact me beforehand to discuss it.
I reserve the right to use the finished product for my portfolio, social media, and for marketing or self-promotion.
I reserve the right to attribution for my work. This means i have the right to be identified as the author of the work and be properly credited for my work.
When sharing my work online, please credit back to me or my artist name "Amatsuba" when/if possible.
Do not remove or alter my watermark, artist name “Amatsuba,” or my signature.
Do not claim my work as your own, trace it, copy it, alter, warp it or redistribute it without my written permission.
Do not sell my work for higher price than paid or otherwise profit from it without my written permission
Do not feed my work to AI
Other
I reserve the right to refuse any commssion request.
I may accept requests outside my regular listings, including but not limited to; logo design and vectorization. Message me about it.
I am dyslexic, and English is not my first language, so occasional mistakes may appear in quick replies. Please ask if anything is unclear.
Copyright
I keep the copyright to all my work. This gives me the right to use, profit and put restrictions on any type of work i create.
I reserve the right to protect my work against unauthorized use, copyright infringement, or theft.
Failure to follow these terms may result in losing permission to use my work, ban from future commissions or/and legal action if required.
Old Terms of Service
PM / Message me if you are interested in commissioning me. I will give you a price quote, a form to fill and for payment i'll need your email so i can send an invoice that you need to approve of before i start your commission.
I do NOT work with deadlines/time limits due to health issues and it's too stressful. Feel free to pm me for art updates.
I do NOT make major changes after sketch is approved / or after the art piece is finished.
I need full payment before I start your commission. No refunds.
My work is for personal usage only. If you want to use it economically/commercially you must contact me about it.
I have the right to refuse any commission request.
I have the right to use the finished product for marketing purposes, portfolio, self promotion, personal usage.

I follow the copyright laws and protection against theft. Copyright is an automatic right for me as the artist. This gives me, the artist, the right to use, profit and put restrictions on any type of work I create. I can take legal action if the customer fails to follow my T.O.S

Above you can see all my base prices. Additional costs may occur due to complex character design or by the customers additional wishes.
